Dear Customer, pursuant to art. 13 D-Lgs. 196/2003 (hereinafter T.U.) and in relation to the personal data that Avioparking will acquire, we inform you of the following:
The processing is only aimed at the correct and complete execution of the contract with you.
The provision of common personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1.
Any refusal by the data owner to provide personal data in the case referred to point 3 will make it impossible to carry out the activities referred to point 1.
Personal data may become known to the persons in charge of processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1 to external collaborators and, generally, to all those subjects whose communication is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes indicated in point 1.
Common personal data may only be disclosed if this is expressly provided in the contract you have with our company.
Personal data may be transferred to European Union countries and to third countries with respect to the European Union within the scope of the purposes referred to in point 1.
Art. 7 T.U. confers on the data owner the exercise of specific rights, including the right to obtain from the data controller the confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data and their provision in an intelligible form; the data subject has the right to know the origin of the data, the purpose and methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the data controller and the subjects to whom the data can be communicated; the data subject also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of the data, the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law; the owner has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, data processing.
